All-In

This design features Indianapolis classic foods (Long's Donuts, popcorn, and shrimp cocktail) interwoven with jazz instruments and dynamic female figures. The jazz imagery refers partly to Indiana Avenue's jazz history, but also to the musicality and jazz-like flow of basketball play. There's a sense of movement that starts at the Lady Victory statue in the upper left, and flows and grows throughout the composition. All-In refers to a musical situation in which all participants play together, often culminating in a powerful ensemble sound. In jazz, “all-in” moments can occur during big band performances or jam sessions where the full ensemble joins in after solos, creating a rich tapestry of sound that showcases the collective energy and creativity of the musicians.
